Trust our friendly specialists to fully assess your building’s systems, producing detailed schematics of your water and air systems and providing tailored reports and advice on any remedial work that your building requires.

How it works
The only way to remain compliant is with a comprehensive legionella risk assessment!
One of our highly qualified engineers will visit you at your site ready to conduct your risk assessment. We’ll talk you through everything you need to know about preventing Legionnaires’ disease (and any other potential issues in your systems) and will carefully assess your systems one by one.
Once complete, we’ll suggest a tailored action plan based on our findings, designed to resolve any immediate issues, prevent any future problems and ensure that your organisation remains compliant.
Our qualified risk assessors work through your entire system and outline the current condition of all water and air systems*, ready to determine whether your storage is hygienic and compliant.
We do this by following the stop tap and working methodically through the building, allowing us to create a detailed schematic (that you’ll be provided with).
*The Water Risk Assessment and the Air Hygiene Risk Assessment are two separate documents.
Water temperature is incredibly important, as most bacteria prefer specific temperature ranges. We’ll take the water temperature at various parts of your system.
Once the temperatures are recorded, we’ll conduct a thorough physical check of all of your assets (cold water storage tanks, hot water storage vessels, air conditioning units and system pipework, etc.), determining the work risk rate of your system based on its condition and operational functionality.
This data will be compiled into an asset list to accompany your system schematic.
Within 14 days, we’ll deliver a BS 8580-1:2019 report that will tell you everything you need to know about your water system and what steps you need to take to ensure compliance. Don’t worry, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Water and air risk assessments should be an ongoing process. We recommend a reassessment roughly every 1-2 years, or when there’s been significant change in your systems. If you’re ever unsure about what to do next, just give us a call; we’re always here to help!
Our friendly team of specialists are on hand to talk through your requirements, whether you know exactly what you need, or you need a little advice, we’re here to help.
